Ans -- Hybrid seed production मैं तीन लाइन का प्रयोग किया जाता है
A लाइन जो की आइसोजेनिक होती है जो मेल सर्टिल होती है
B लाइन जो आइसोजेनिक होती है जो की मेंटेनर होती है
R लाइन यह एक रिस्टोर लाइन होती है
इनब्रेड का डेवलपमेंट सेल्फ क्रॉस मेथड से किया जाता है इस मेथड में हेटेरोजेनियस पापुलेशन में सेल्फिंग करवा कर इनब्रिड को प्रोड्यूस किया जाता है इस मेथड में तीन प्रकार के स्टेप होते हैं
क्रॉस पोलिनेशन को रोकना आर्टिफिशियल पॉलिनेशन
रिपिटेटिव का सेल्फिंग
क्रॉस पोलिनेशन को बेकिंग के द्वारा रोका जाता है 8 से 10 पीढ़ियां तक सेल्फिंग करवाई जाती है 10 पद के बाद 99% प्लांट होमोजाईगयस हो जाते हैं इस प्रकार से इनब्रेड का विकास होता है

Three line system
यह सिस्टम डीजीएमएस पर आधारित होता है डीजीएमएस में साइटोप्लास्मिक वेन्यूक्लीज दोनों male सर्टिलिटी को निर्धारित करते हैं
साइटोप्लाज्म मेल फर्टिलिटी का मुख्य कंट्रोलर होता है और न्यूक्लियर जिन साइटोप्लाज्म के साथ प्रवेश करता है और मेल फर्टिलिटी को रिस्टोर करता है रिस्टोर जिन मेल फर्टिलिटी के लिए रिस्पांसिबल होता है यह मेल फर्टिलिटी के साइटोप्लास्मिक प्रभाव को रोक कर मेल फर्टिलिटी को रिस्टोर करता है
